Sales Flows

Three sales flows that plug
into the existing booking path

Sellers do not need to rebuild their booking screens. Ancillaries simply sit where travelers already pass — during booking, right after payment and after ticketing.

① My-page purchase

After ticketing, the 'Buy seats/baggage' button on the booking page (My page) opens the ALLWIN AIR ancillary screen. First launched on Interpark international in November 2019, it recorded KRW 53 million in December 2019 and KRW 92 million in January 2020.

AGS purchase model 1) My-page purchase. Launched on Interpark (international) in November 2019; KRW 53 million in December 2019 and KRW 92 million in January 2020. Flow: ① after ticketing, the 'Buy seats/baggage' button on the agency's booking page (My page) connects to AGS; ② ancillaries such as pre-paid seats, extra baggage and meals are bought on the AGS screen. ① My-page purchase — after ticketing, one button on the booking page opens the ALLWIN AIR ancillary screen. (Interpark international, launched Nov 2019)

② Bundled purchase

Travelers choose seats, baggage and meals inside the booking flow and pay for the ticket and ancillaries at once. Launched on Interpark international in October 2020.

AGS purchase model 2) Bundled purchase. Launched on Interpark (international) in October 2020: ticket and ancillaries paid together when booking. Flow ①–⑤: flight details (Incheon → Fukuoka) → passenger details → ancillary request (seat, baggage, meal, lounge; 'up to 40% cheaper than at the airport') → seat selection (front/exit seats and standard zones with prices) → discount selection and total. The app screenshots are original Korean screens; personal data is masked.
② Bundled purchase — travelers pick ancillaries inside the booking flow and pay once with the ticket. (Interpark international, launched Oct 2020)

③ Post-payment purchase

On the payment-complete page, travelers are asked 'Would you like a more comfortable seat?' and go straight to seat and baggage purchase. Launched on Webtour domestic in November 2020.

AGS purchase model 3) Post-payment purchase. Domestic ancillary purchase launched on Webtour in November 2020. Flow ①–⑥: passenger details → outbound payment → pre-payment confirmation → domestic booking details → on the payment-complete page, 'Would you like a more comfortable seat?' → seat and baggage selection by zone (front/exit, zone A, zone B, fixed-recline zone B) with prices. The app screenshots are original Korean screens; personal data is masked.
③ Post-payment purchase — the moment ticket payment completes, a 'more comfortable seat' is offered. (Webtour domestic, launched Nov 2020)

Early ALLWIN AIR AGS results (international Nov 2019–Apr 2021, domestic Nov 2020–Apr 2021). Because we offer what travelers need right after they buy a ticket, conversion is far higher than typical e-commerce.
