Frequently asked questions

What services is ALLWIN AIR adding?
Block Seat, SIM/eSIM, home–airport pickup, airport duty-free and airport facility services are in development, and relaunching airport lounges and in-flight duty-free is under discussion.
Do sellers need to redevelop when services are added?
Mostly not. New products are added to screens that are already connected, so there is little extra development.
Can we partner as an ancillary supplier?
Yes. eSIM, pickup, airport service and duty-free suppliers can connect to ALLWIN AIR once and sell through all partner sellers.
